Ted provides a range of Performance Nutrition services for professional teams and individual athletes. Using both relevant literature and experiences to develop Performance Nutrition methods, Ted aims to influence behaviour and provide practical methods to improve performance. Ted integrates himself as part of the performance staff and offers one off workshops to daily consultancy agreements.
Ted also works with 'everyday athletes' to help them achieve their goals. Perhaps you are looking to make the most out of your gym membership, looking to lose weight or build muscle? From one off consultations to weekly/monthly support, Ted can provide individualised support to help you. Ted specialises in a range of sports, particularly distance running, cycling, football and rugby. He has also helped physique competitors.
